Re: covering sub insurances

i'm a prime myself, paid many a penalties a long time ago for thinking this very same way, and i know its not legal... i get killed here by contractors that operate that way, not by losing work but by losing people.... if only some of the state government folks saw how some of the help wanted adds were wriiten up on here, i for one would hate to be in the primes or subs shoes for that matter when they eventually get caught
