Re: what does it mean?

I agree but according to their own figures the government has over spent 50 trillion plus. We as a nation only have 14 trillion of spendable cash, according to the CIA and the banks under the federal reserve does not even have their required amounts in reserve. Actually they are 13 billion in the hole. To me that seems a little more than deficit spending and more like fraud. What does it all mean to the average Joe?
