BOXES Downloading!

Hey any of you techs/in house guys dealing with these Scientific Atlanta boxes downloading for 35 minutes on Phoenix/Cox? This is nuts, I feel so bad for you actual installers that have to wait for the box to download and then call in for your hit. No way you can make any money doing that. I just thank god that I can tell the customer that I will be back in 30 minutes and then go try to get another sale. Anyone know when this will go away?
