The real problems with new blood is the lack of proper training you see since the bottom line is sooo important to the prime that they just thro them to the wolves in 2 weeks time , When there are classes and manuals as thick as a bible not to mentchion ladder certificatoins and OSHA regs if one of these guys actualy got hurt or gigd by OSHA they (the prime) could be lieable for lack of proper trainning, Contracting is for the experinced. Best advice if you new and eager to learn then you need to start with the cable company where the trainning is actually good
