need timing specs!!!

i posted this before in general, but got moved to casual. hopefully some of the real dawgs can help me on this. can anyone tell me the timing specs on my bucket? i got a 1997 ford F700 with a gas 429. can someone point me in the right direction if no one knows? any help would be appreciated
