Sorry I got to disagree on this one bush, unless your going to tell me that you were born with a lasher or torch wrench in your hand, some where along the way someone gave you the training and experience you have used to provide a nice living for yourself and your family. we all know guys in this field that have been around for years that ain't worth a damm. They get tossed from one area and just seem to pop up in another. The key is what kind of training do these company's offer to these new guys or gals. I'll take a new guy who is eager and willing to learn any day over the guy who's been in the business 20 yrs and doesn't own a meter, oh my ladder was stolen at the last place and anyway you can loan me a truck, been there done that tech. Don't hate the young blood, just the bad primes who don't train them right.
