Most MSO's will not allow you to sell via website or call center due to lawsuit potential. They give you strict guidlines especially Comcast. I have seen people try and it was dismantled quickly. You cannot do this because in order to make it a trusted site you may have to use the company logo. They also want to verify the security of the site. This will make you and them liable if someone's ID is stolen off your site. Good Idea though. Try anyway if they approve it get a good lawyer to make up some good contracts.
