They like the hacks! The inhouse techs hate the bad work however the contractors and inhouse supervisors love them. The contractors like the fast completed job and they both like to backcharge the hacks when they find bad work. Remember when inhouse backcharges they reduce the payout which in return reduces their budget. At the end of the year they get a bonus on the excess money. They know that so well that some of them are creating bogus backcharges. When I was a QC supervisor I found them charging for wireless phone jacks and equipment failure. We never installed wireless phone jacks and we damn sure didn't buy the damn cable boxes. The giveaway was that they had a equipment failure on my meticulous ass. Also if there is a trouble call generated on a job within 30days it automatically generated a backcharge. Check your codes primes. Investigate them too. If you were to know
half the story you will see some illegal practices. I knew to much so my promotions were hindered and they didn't want me to leave.
