Re: Sweep rates

It's hard sometimes to keep your guy's specks up to par when you are working along side a crew that does sh!t work and the supervisor looks at production and not what is going on out in the field and has the balls to tell you that you are being out worked. The guy's start to think what the hell , I'll do sh!t work and get twice as much done . I don't allow that to happen and when they finally get around to QC and my guys are working while the sh!t crew spins their wheels doing clean-up (usually after the gravy is gone tho) it's kind of fun watching the sup. get his @ss reamed by the customer. I've always preached quality before quantity.
