Honestly ? I had this happen all the time when I first started using the sda for sweep. I dont know your situation and I'm not asuming your new but just my experience. It happened from just handling the meter I believe.
Just like everything else in this biz I've learned it the hard way.
I started glancing at my marker freq's just below the P/V or "Min Max" or if that marker delta # has changed I stop and double check everything.
