She is your daughter, not your buddy. I am afraid you are going to piss her off a lot to straighten this out. It takes a man to raise and provide for a child. Any piece of crap can make one. If he is too much of a wussy boy to work on a crew, fine, then get a different job. You might have to set down with the newspaper, hold his hand (figure of speech) and go through the want adds. While he is doing nothing, I'll bet there are things around your house he can attend to. If this doesn't set well with him, he IS A DEAD BEAT. I don't see any advantage to putting off the inevitable. You say your daughter might leave. How can she afford to? It sounds like there is no income between the two of them. Use whatever leverage you have. If you let this welfare monkey stay at your house, make sure your "things" of value don't walk off. Good luck bro. I wish you the best.
