first off he shouldn't be living with you unless his family is all dead. 2ndly if you love your daughter then you have to do what you feel is best because neither of them are able to make good decisions. It is going to be hard and you daughter might dislike u for awhile, but it will be up 2 you to make sure her well being is ok if your boyfriend can't make then transition to becoming a man, but want to do man things.
