nomatter what form of source your using cable/sat
I would highly recomend you use only copper core rg6 (instaed of copper clad- or low rated cabling) rated to 3gz along with fittings rated at the same
ensist on copper core for all your lines with the lowest oxygen content in the line ...the cleaner the better
start with upgrades to the the source line then upgrade with good lines from the video reciever to the tv and stereo (some even have HD up-convert procesing)
