It's a big "catch-22" and I'm not going to bore anyone with my thoughts on it (the BIG picture) . What you can do as an individual is refuse to work on these low paying jobs and encourage others to do the same. When these companys can't get anyone to work their jobs maybe then the primes will quit cut-throating each other to win the bids. Cable companies are making money , but to stay on the cutting edge they have to spend money. They are going to spend as little as these back-stabbing primes allow ( I'm not calling all primes back-stabbers ) There are a few Primes that ruin it for all of us..just my plus-minus two cents worth...Phil
