Honestly I don't think P-10 or DSI have anything to do with the pay scales, that is dictated by DTV, and they are told that is the price, take it, or leave it.
It's the exact same way with HNS, I've been a contractor for them since 88 and EVERY new product line or Major project is a price cut!
