He just kind of vanished into thin air early 2000. Had a project going on in Marion, VA that he just up and walked away from, burning a bunch of people in the process. He had bought Buddy Dix out, and made him project manager, but never paid him for the trucks and tools. Left the office manager and her husband high and dry, and they had children to feed. Those are just the ones I knew personally, that doesn't take into account the guys in the field who were burnt, and Marion is billy goat action in the southwestern Virgina mountains. Not sure how one could find it in themselves to make such a move, but one day he will have to answer for it, whether on this side of eternity, or the other. Maybe both.
