Thats good money for a good tech, a hack slacker isnt worth that. I imagine that the job is qc'ed pretty close and hacks dont cut it or they're likely weeded out in the hiring process. I'm sure you earn that money and it isnt just handed to you. With good money comes alot of responsibility, I see alot of men shy away from the responsibility factor.
