Simply the 1000 monkeys locked in a room for 1000 days with 1000 typewriters theory.
Hire and train a youngin who just started shaving and is fresh out of high school, put him in a 4 banger pickup, ladder and tools enough to get installs done and you have a little $$$ making machine who has no bad habits learned during the years of subbing cause you train them to do it one way or they are fired.....chaching.
$500 a week is a lot to somebody who still lives with mommy and daddy, and if they don't work out there are hordes more who will gladly step in and do it. Also some person fresh out of high school will most surely pass those "costly" background checks.
Only problem is who would waste their money posting an ad like that here because those kids, just ain't readin this forum. A real Einstein that person is.
