Well I don't live in Nome I am just working here. But no. It is all aerial. Anchorage is about half and half. Kenai/Soldotna is similar to Anchorage. Kodiak is mostly aerial. Juneau is mostly aerial. Homer is mostly aerial. Suckouts happen but with the newer connectors and better splicing it doesn't happen as much as it use to. I remember in Anchorage getting called out every night during minus temp times on 1 or 3 at a time. Usually at midnight to 3 am. Mostly it is when the temp drops rapidly that causes them.
