I can tell you very definitely that this is a GOAL, but unfortunately not yet a reality for Comcast in most of its markets. Keep a close eye on the tasks you're submitting for billing. As most of you know, the current reconciliation process is arduous at best due to the intricacies of rate combination/compilation. The implementation of automation can sometimes mean a negative budget impact based on the system's over inflation of points assigned to each task. I'm fairly certain that Comcast will make sure that it's not paying more than it needs to for the sake of automation alone. I guess we'll see!
