Anyone work for R2R Communications

Recently went to work for R2R Communications out of Georgia, but have found out that they don't have any company contracts to sign, this is very disheartening as without a contract they really don't have to pay & to cut you loose and not pay would be very easy, not that I would give them a reason especially now, but am very concerned if techs have gotten all monies owed, any info would help, Thanks
