Hey bucket... I know you want people to think you know what your talking about, but you don't.. I am pretty sure that Franklin D. Roosevelt, nor the legislators who brought forth the 'Welfare Act' were not Republicans.. Also I don't think they meant for the recipients to have a free ride for life.. But that's just me..
