He appointed hacks instead of qualified people. Many were hired as graduates from Pat Robertson University. If he was a CEO, he wouldnt have lasted 10 days. Yes he appointed an idiot, merged FEMA with Homeland security. He's an idiot. Why do you think he holds an approval rating less than 30 percent. God help those people.
