Berkeley trying to kick Marines out

This one I did write. It seems that the city of Berkeley is trying to kick the Marines recruiters office out of town. Saying they have no right to be there. The obvious disdain Berkeley has for the Marines is sickening. The armed forces are the very reason Berkeley has any freedoms to act this way and this is how they repay them. The mayor and the assembly all agreed to this action. Well there is a senator who is angered by this and wants to pull federal earmarks from them. Go for it. If Berkeley wants to be without federal offices then they can make their budget on their own city money. But it is a liberal town so they will just raise taxes to get the money they need. I never see myself going to Berkeley nor have I ever wanted to given it's extreme views. Same with San Fransico. Too extreme for me. I don't care for extreme views.....on either end of the spectrum.
