Ya the P.I. is different place. While in Manila, I almost got a traffic ticket for running a red light... only because the traffic cop stood in front of the truck till the light turned red. We eventually bribed him to get out of the ticket......two American dollars. Funny thing is though , I wasn't driving , I was the passenger.
Later I found out that he pulled us over
A) because I'm white.
B) because it was just before lunch time. thats how traffic cops there get their lunch money.
