Re: it pays to be experienced

Yeah right, 12/hr????lmao thats how much you should get paid for training and they should start inexperienced techs off at $15-18/hr with quarterly increases and experienced techs should start at $20/hr and up. Lmao even 20 isnt really enough but it definently should be the minimum. Verizon pays their installers alot better than Comcast and any other Cable Co. Oh thats because they are the Telco right? Well i say wrong, because they are all in the same field which is Telecommunication. Cable Companies just want to keep all the money for themselves while paying the poor employee slave wages. Thats why when customers call Comcast Customer Service they wait long hold times. But im sure they won't hesitate to mail the "Dear Valued Customer" letter out stating that they will be raising the cost of their service by $5. These companies are legalized drug dealers....whats the word im looking for....Oh i got it, "Organized Crime"
