I worked for them on a few projects and always got paid but I went through a factoring company with my invoices there fore the factoring Co was knocking on the door, not me, factoring companies have a pocket full of lawyers and aren't afraid to use them. I think they only had a $20,000.00 ceiling on Spanpro though, tells ya something right there.
