Business License

I need some advice from everyone on here. I recently started a little company here in Atlanta Georgia. I have my tax ID, GL Insurance, WC Insurance, and Everything else I need. I was recently asked by someone if I had a Business License. Do I need a business license? I checked the website for Georgia and its talking about needing a low voltage license, then getting a county or state business license to do business. What is everyone else doing? I can get the license I guess but it seems like a waste of time. Also can I get away with not getting this license if I pay my state and Fed taxes every year? My business is Already LLC and registered with the state. I literaly have everything but whatever this is. Thanks guys for your help.
