I agree to a point but the lawyer thing could come into effect sometime doing it this way, that's expensive and time comsuming. I always work on the kiss principle. If one person on the job gets shorted everybody park their trucks in the yard and set in the office until he is paid, they are not going to replace all of you and you will see action because nothing is getting done. And they will not want this getting back to the MSO. Believe me the problem will be resolved very quickly, but you have to stand up for each other, one wimp will blow it, then it's blanket party time.
