Sure you can....depending on what your definition of "working" is. I was not splicing or having to expose vital parts of myself to the elements of excessive lengths of time. It was "obviously" too cold for that. Was there doing system training and addressing amplifier problems in the field. Unfortunately when I was sent to places like that on field engineering missions, you could not postpone the trip due to the elements because of a schedule. Had to jump from a heated truck back and forth like a ping-pong ball. Was kinda like the US Postal Service....almost nothing stopped the job.
