Comments by others certainly apply......basically, however, the HSP's for DTV in DFW - Mastec and the recently terminated JP&D are incredibly miss-managed and have a corporate culture that encourages screwing the tech any way imaginable - both in-house and subcontractor techs. I'm sure someone at DTV cares, but for the most part they could care less. A contractor/tech-led class action against the HSP's and DTV is the only way change for the better will be effected. The proliferation of AFS's to replace poorly performing HSP's is DTV's way of indicating their lack of caring.

Any ambulance chasers out there willing to do an Erin Brachovich on them, please sign me up!
