I found this in New Orleans when I was retrofitting a satellite headend in the building. Needless to say, this was just the start of the hack work I found. I found a total of 4 (YES) 4 ground lugs in the system, a headend that was balanced (Huh) to delived from 22 to 36dB at the tv as well as 15 dishes on the roof. It went from a simple headend swap to a three man three day job to recable the building and install it correctly. Simole rule I live by, If I touch it, it has to be up to snuff or I have to fix it
