Better work on your reading and comprehension It's not $40.00 an hour, He gets an extra $40.00 a night to be on call. That's more than I use to get. I use to get $75.00 a week for being on-call and get time and a half if I was called out with a 2 hour minimum if called out. Not bad money back in the 80's and 90'
