Best one yet! They hired a former school teacher as a new tech. He was taught in three days how to do phone somehow. When asked if he is comfortable doing an install on his own. He said "I am a teacher I am smart." They gave him 1 job a day for a week. Every job needed another tech to fix it. The last straw was he was doing an aerial install in Cobb county and there was a call on the radio to the supervisor next to me. It was him saying he was at a job for six hours and the poly switch would not stay in the port. It kept falling out. The customer watched him go up and down the ladder until he was rubbing "charlie horses" out of his legs. When me and my buddy went there to see the job it was a Maspro tap with no doors and two ports which means you have to remove the faceplate to put in the poly switch. I don't know where he was sticking it up to this day. The neighbors came outside to see why the hell we were laughing so hard. They said great yesterday they sent us a retard today they send us two madmen and started to laugh! I said he was no ordinary retard he was a school teacher. The man said that's it we're homeschooling now.
