The sad part was the prime was happier for to backcharge rather than educate them. I asked to setup a formal training session for new and problem techs but the owners never supported it. I told her some guys were thieves from other companies they never listened. I later found out that one them respected my knowlege but not me as a person. That person had no respect for techs. Only people from inhouse, people with money and people that were not African American. I was none of the above so I was screwed all around. When I found that out I gave that person silent hell. They were in a meeting with a bunch of directors and inhouse managers and my name came up to fix a really bad problem. The person called me 8 times no response. Everyone else at the meeting hit me up and I answered at the first Chirp. They all laughed at the person. Ever since then they had to go through someone else to avoid embarassment. When I left I informed everyone else except them.
