Good answer, Island! My answer is based on Math.
If you are in a predominately black neighborhood = Most of the A-holes will be black. If you are in a predominately white neighborhood = Most of the A-holes will be white. A friend of mine was at a gas station and a dude came up to him and wanted a $2 handout. My friend told him that if he would pick up some of the trash around the station he would give him $10.00. This guy gave my friend a dirty look and walked away empty handed.
