Area supervisor who is a real good friend calls me and says" Hey man we have an escalated situation that I really needed handled!" "My guys have been out to this house four times and they can't get Digital or HSI to work." "The last guy was one of my best!" So I tell him sure I'll take care of it before the director finds out. Was actually too late the sub emailed the Philly Comcast! I walk up to the house see that the service line enters the garage so I did to. I then looke up at one of the rafters saw this and laughed. I called him and asked when will you hire me inhouse I will drink on the job and figure things out ten times better than your prima donnas!.
