Whats happening with the ol' GFC bankruptcy?

I hate to pull out a cable skeleton but anyone know whats going on with the GFC, General Fiber, Metrotec, bankruptcy thing? I haven't heard anything in a year or so. Not like I expect to much on getting any money back.
