Livewire Express

Does anyone have any info on Livewire Express, they are doing the rebuild in Allentown, PA. Do they pay? Chargebacks? etc... My husband just went out there and I think it is going to be the same as before, Same Shi* Diferent Day, Different Company. Any info would be appreciated... Thanks!
