Buyers Beware!!!!

I can't help but laugh and smh when i see someone an ad on here or even when ebayers sell something, and the only forms of payment they accept is Cash or wire transfer. Doesn't that ring a bell to you? If you don't have paypal, i aint dealing wit u. Paypal isnt 100% either, but at least i kno i can get my money back, and they will limit the sellers account if i file a claim against them.
