This is a MUST read for anyone doing HSP work. Whether you agree or not, read the ruling carefully, I'm sure you'll be able to take something from it. At least you will have a better understanding of what's expected, your rights, and maybe even learn how to resolve an issue where YOU don't fall into a trap.
