hell i just checked nj labor laws and back charges are not allowed here also...i've gotten back charged 25.00 for missing a safety meeting..and 80.00 for failure to do some ****ing check they make us do on every job...
so i'll be asking for my money back tomorrow or i'll be filing a report with the state...
