Apx, apex alarm voip installs

Hey I trying to do some personal research here and I have noticed that in my experiences apex, or apx alarm doesnt establish line siezure on their installs and alarm test fails. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If ur a voip or icoms installer your input would be appreciated thank you.
