You have to check out and sign for the telco cable..after you use it, the overage is checked back into the store room...this is sent to engineering then checked back to your invoiving..the cable installed..cable engineering calls for and the cable you check back in all has to match..If it don't, the contractor pays and this dosen't occur often, if so the contractor goes. It's not too bad when you get use to it...then you have contractors that are issued too much cable for the job..they dig a hole, coil the cable up and then cover it..too much trouble to turn back in + you get paid end to end..causes cross talk though..I never did this :) :)
