As an employee they are suppose to pay half and you pay the other half. Thats what fica is on your paycheck stub as an employee. Dont know why you would be driving your own truck as an employee. Maybe Im missing something but nonetheless I would not do it for 700 a week with me still paying all my expenses. You need to contact the labor board. Dont need a lawyer for that. Good luck.
