hey Bushmaster that crimes & punishment thing could be a double bladed sword... sure a company or private person can file a theft of services and have a recourse... but the said company that you were working for can also turnaround and file the same type charges as in theft of materials (drop connectors, wire, the crap you never unload from your truck when you leave a job)
I am as guilty as the next.. I off load my hard equipment but hang on to hard to get stuff for when I go to the next job (unions,90's,180's, pin to f's extensions, shrink boot, rg-6 fittings, barrels) the list goes on.. they are the one holding the contract with the mso, they don't need to prove ownership of the materials.. but unless you as a sub contractor you need to prove
ownership of said extras or it is possession of someone else's property... I know this has strayed from the subject.. but it is still on course , so before anything else make sure your Sh** is clean and then if so go for it.. by all means....
Nothing is worse then calling the law on someone for a crime committed upon yourself and you end up in jail for it..
the cable dawg syndrome
