Re: Chris Scripter

well im have been in a managment position and i wouldnt ever ask one of my men to do something i wouldnt do. but that is just me. when i worked for the man i found that if he is the same man i delt with he couldnt hook a pole and expected to sit at home in pa. and manage a job from afar. he expected his men to stay in the field for a month at a time and then fuss when you wanted to go home. but he expected to do this while he sat at home with his wife and baby.
just from my point of view if you cant climb a pole and do the work then dont tell me how to from the ground and you dont need to be over me if you dont know how to do the work you are handing out for others to do.
