Comcast has a side that does this, kind of like they do HITS for Digital. Have you tried the digital off airs. We have found that they are a little more hearty than analog. We could pick up stations on digital that were nothing but fuzz before. If you can get those, you only pay for equipment. The stuff with Comcast is on a sliding scale based on Homes passed, penetration, Channel lineup, etc. We even got some of our local stations to provide us with digital receivers.
