true- but going under a house or into an attic: you are putting yourself into an unsafe environment which the law wants you to pay for !
will your local walmart give you extras without charging you? what about the local electrician?
I do charge ....but at the end of the day they ALWAYS come out saving a but load on money..say an average of 20% off
