You must of heard that through your local HSP office...A standard install has always included going into attic or crawl space..Now wall drops are extra , but actually walking up there to cut in a multi-switch is part of a standard install. You would never work for me..I loathe installers who try and gouge the customer because they don't know what a standard install includes. There are about 200 so called techs right here in Memphis running for DirecTech, that insist the same thing you do..You guys need a refresher course in professional installations..Don't recant by cussing me or flipping me one of those stupid little pac man figures..Bottom line is you are not a professional..You are a guy who someone talked into doing sats or you seen an earning potential better than what you were in..Please you guys either do the damned installs or get out..You wanna be I don't go under houses, kids freak me the hell out...
